Meet Our First Lady
First Lady, Min. Donna Denson
Donna was born on October 11, 1963 in Morristown New Jersey to the late
Alonzo and Alice Walker. At an early age she was united with her older
sister, and two older brothers, in Georgia. Under the guidance of her
grandmother, she accepted Christ at the age of 12.
In 1981 she graduated from Bainbridge High School. She continued her
education by completing the nursing program at Brannell Community
College in Tallahassee, FL.
Donna’s ministry began as she worked in various hospitals and nursing
homes giving hope to the hopeless. She has served faithfully as a
Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher, member of the Missionary Department
and President of the Women’s Ministry. Her hobbies include reading, arts
and crafts for her church family and nursing home ministry, and shopping
in her free time.
She is married to Pastor Alvin Denson, Senior Pastor of Walking by Faith
Community Church. To this union, which God has blessed 29 years, were
born one daughter Breonna, and two sons Donavan and Devin.
After years of pruning and preparation, the charge has been given to
Minister Denson to go forth into all the world and preach the gospel.
